These Our terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using TripZe's minicab services. By booking with TripZe, you agree to be bound by these terms. TripZe reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, mobile app, or customer service line.
  • TripZe accepts payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other authorized payment methods. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any additional charges, such as waiting time, extra luggage, or unscheduled stops, will be communicated and added to the final payment.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or failure to be present at the pickup location will result in full fare being charged, with no refund provided.
  • Passengers must ensure that the booking details provided are accurate and complete.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. TripZe is not liable for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
  • Passengers are required to behave respectfully and comply with driver instructions. TripZe reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately.
  • TripZe drivers are fully licensed, insured, and trained to provide safe and professional service.
  • Drivers are responsible for adhering to agreed pickup times and efficiently delivering passengers to their destinations.
  • In case of delays or unforeseen circumstances, TripZe will notify passengers immediately.
  • Passengers are permitted to bring luggage within the capacity limits of the booked vehicle.
  • Oversized or additional luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
  • Free child seats are available upon request and must be specified during booking.

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that children are seated and secured appropriately.

TripZe offers wheelchair-accessible vehicles upon request. Passengers must notify us in advance to ensure availability.
  • TripZe will not be held responsible for delays caused by road conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Services are subject to vehicle availability and local traffic regulations.
  • TripZe’s liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. We are not liable for missed flights, train connections, or other consequential losses arising from delays.
  • Passengers are advised to book with sufficient time allowances to avoid complications.
TripZe values your privacy. Personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
